Cancellation & Returns Procedure
You may cancel your purchase order within a period of and in any event not later than, 2 working days from the date of purchase.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with Product?
We want you to be happy! Any Induscraft item purchased may be returned within seven (7) days from the time of receipt for a refund but the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our warehouse
Authorization from INDUSCRAFT.com is required prior to the return of any item. We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. We recommend that you insure returned items for the full value of the item shipped.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused Product. Please make sure to keep your receipt and return the Product in its original packaging. INDUSCRAFT will not assume the transportation charges for any Products returned by any transportation agency or company for products purchased through INDUSCRAFT.
Please avoid damages and soiling. Please send the merchandise back to us in the original packaging if possible and with all accessories and all packaging elements. If necessary, please use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide for sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging, in order to avoid indemnity claims due to damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
How to Return?
Please send an email at [email protected] and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name or call us at +91-2931- 281677. We will give you a return number and a return address. Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Return the product using professional furniture carrier to the address you are provided – usually our warehouse. Fax or email us the carrier’s details and your dispatch number so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
